IMPORTANT LIMIT: THE NUMBER OF PRIZES AWARDED AND THE IDENTITY OF PRIZES AWARDED VARIES BY HOUR (See Odds/Prize Distribution in section 4 and 5 below)

1. Entry Period: The Spin to Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") entry period begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 01, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2025. (the "Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Sponsor shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to any applicable U.S. federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island), who are at least the age of majority in their state of residency at the time of entry, and who live within 25 miles from the Sponsor’s dealership on whose website page you enter (“Entrants”). Employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, partners, advertising or promotional agencies, distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate family (parents, children, siblings, or spouse) or household members of such employees (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, Entrants must fully comply with and agree to be bound by the Official Rules, class action waiver, limitation on rights and remedies, and Sponsor’s decisions. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period, Entrant must follow the on-screen instructions at tuffyrockford.com during the Entry Period. Each Entrant must fill out an entry form and provide his/her email address. Entrant must also click the button to indicate that Entrant has read and agreed to these Official Rules. Then follow the instructions to activate the wheel graphic and determine instantly if you are a potential winner, subject to validation and compliance with these Official Rules. Normal time rates and data charges, if any, charged by the entrant’s Internet or mobile service provider will apply.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. Multiple/different email accounts/identities for the same person are not allowed. Use of script, macro or any device to participate is prohibited. Entries by the same person in excess of the above entry limits will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter by using multiple/different email accounts, identities or any other method will void that person’s entries and he/she may be disqualified from further participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that it believes violates or potentially violates any of the foregoing requirements or otherwise fails to comply with any provision of these Official Rules.

4. Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning any prize are shown in the chart below in the Prize section. Odds of winning vary per prize and also may vary based on participation and depending on the total number of eligible game plays each day and prize offerings. Certain prizes may not be available at all times and when they are offered, they may be offered while supplies last. There is no guarantee that all prizes will be awarded.

Chances to win for this prize depend on whether supplies are left for other Mystery Prizes. The table below shows the chance to win this prize where each row represents a scenario with a yes or no for whether supplies are still left for the other Mystery Prizes.

One time use only on each prize. Cannot be applied to previous purchases or used as payment on any Sponsor credit card. Limit one prize redeemed per customer per transaction. Cannot be combined with other offers or coupons. Prize may be subject to terms and conditions of a third party provider or prize supplier. If Winner returns some or any merchandise purchased using a prize, the dollar value of the prize will not be refunded or credited back. Not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. No transfer, resale, trade, refund, cash redemption, substitution, cash equivalent or replacement of prize or its elements permitted by winner, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). In the event the ARV is different from the actual retail value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash. If value of purchase is less than the value of the prize, the unused balance will be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes of third-party providers. Prizewinner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable) associated with the receipt of any prize.

Any and all federal, state, and local taxes, including without limitation sales tax on items purchased using a prize, are the responsibility of winner. Prize value determined before applicable taxes. The value of the prize(s) represents Sponsor's good faith determination of the ARV thereof and such determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed.

In the event more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize, Sponsor reserves the right, as applicable, to award the stated prizes in a random drawing from among all valid prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable, including but not limited to malfunction in the technical operation of the Sweepstakes and the award of prizes, for more than the stated number of prizes listed in these Official Rules.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Entrant will be notified immediately on screen if he/she is a potential winner. Potential winner may be subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, regardless of the message received on screen. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or thanks for entering message or message saying you are a winner) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry for purposes of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures in its sole discretion. If any winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of ineligibility or other noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if Sponsor cannot contact winner, such prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. LIMIT: maximum one (1) Prize per person per Entry Period. Decisions of Sponsor regarding Prize eligibility and all determinations are final. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, misdelivered, or not received by potential winner for any reason.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an individual who actually submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

7. No Tampering, Right to Cancel or Modify: Sponsor shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims, or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human, or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception, hacking, cheating, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) in entering or participating in this Sweepstakes or claiming the prize or entrants who intend to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives ; (d) typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other malfunctions, technical problems, or errors of any kind in connection with the spinning wheel or technical operation of the Sweepstakes and the award of prizes; problems or errors of any kind whether communications, computer, network, mechanical, human, electronic, malfunction, typographical, printing or otherwise including, without limitation, errors, failures, or problems of any kind that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, in the processing of entries, in communications from Sponsor, in the selection or announcement of winner or in the awarding of prizes; (f) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (g) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather, or any other similar event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or (h) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to issues beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to errors or omissions in these Official Rules, the invitations to enter, or any material associated with the Sweepstakes, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention (human or otherwise), technical issues, computer virus, or bug, or other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may cancel or suspend part or all of this sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, but is not required to award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES AT LAW OR IN EQUITY FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Release of Liability; Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranty: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants and each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, advertising or promotional agencies, distributors of sweepstakes materials, (the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation (i) property damage (including damage or injury to Entrants’ or other person’s computer or electronic device), personal injury and/or death that may occur in connection with preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/use or misuse of prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity; or (ii) for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Entrants and winner acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or any component thereof, including, but not limited to, express warranties provided by the supplier of the prize(s) (or any component thereof) or their affiliates. All prizes are presented “as-is.” Sponsor expressly disclaims all express and implied warranties, guarantees, and representations with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, the prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose as well as any express warranties provided by the supplier of any prize or any component thereof or their affiliates. Entrants and winner further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, if any, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

In the event this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes, or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties will not have any liability to entrants who are disqualified due to such action.

9. Dispute Resolution, No Class Relief, Governing Law:
Class Action Waiver and Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, either as a member of or a representative of a class, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Winnebago County County, State of Illinois.

Governing Law. These rules, their interpretation, issues or questions concerning their construction, validity, interpretation, or enforceability of these Official Rules, and any disputes arising from your participation in this Sweepstakes, the award of any prize, or these Official Rules, shall be governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles.

10. Use of Data: By providing an email address online, Entrant consents to receive emails relating to this Sweepstakes and other marketing materials from Sponsor. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at: tuffyrockford.com/privacy_policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing information, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms of Use/Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, then these Official Rules shall control.

Any and all questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor. Any third party trademarks referenced in the administration of this Sweepstakes are property of their respective owners. Sponsor’s use of such trademark(s) is solely to describe or implement the Sweepstakes process and not to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship.
