Recently, Danette and Jim’s store in Loves Park received the Dealer of the Year Award for Single Store at Tuffy’s National Dealer Convention in Orlando, Florida given to only one Tuffy franchisee for excellence in customer service, quality control, product knowledge, and staff management. This isn’t the first award honoring Danette, Jim, and their staff.
